MyLyfe Wellness is part of Cumberland Family Medical Center, Inc., a Federally Qualified Health Center that was established in 2007 as a non-profit 501(c)3 corporation. We remove barriers preventing residents of our service area that may prevent them from obtaining high quality primary and preventative health services. MyLyfe Wellness makes healthcare more accessible by bringing it to the workplace. Onsite preventative screenings and the implementation of a specifically tailored wellness program enhances the well-being of a workforce and reduces employers’ healthcare costs by identifying, and if necessary, treating at risk individuals.
